Live Attendance

Live Attendance allows a director to see, in real time, see which members of the ensemble are present vs. absent in the drill file they are rehearsing.

Once an attendance event is created and active, directors can apply the event to the drill. Any user that has checked in will show in full opacity, while those that haven't checked in (are absent) are displayed at 50% opacity.

To apply Live Attendance to a drill:

1. Create an event in the Calendar with invitees

2. Open a drill file

3. Tap FV then Settings

4. Toggle on Live Attendance and then select the event to apply

5. Go back to the drill and see who there and who isn't
